Individual Therapy
You don't have to wait until everything is falling apart to ask for support.
Life can become a lot. Sometimes it happens slowly, a quiet heaviness, constant overthinking, or the feeling that you've somehow lost yourself along the way. Other times, life changes all at once. Individual therapy gives you a space that's built around you, your story, your pace, and what you actually need.
Maybe you've gotten really good at looking like you're okay.
You go to work. You take care of the people who need you. You keep up with responsibilities and get through the day. From the outside, everything might even look fine. But underneath it, you may be overthinking everything, feeling constantly on edge, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or carrying experiences you haven't fully worked through.
Maybe anxiety is making your world smaller. Maybe you're caught in a cycle of intrusive thoughts, checking, reassurance seeking, avoidance, or needing to feel completely certain.
Maybe you're exhausted from people pleasing, navigating a major life change, or wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself.
Our therapists are trained and experienced in a variety of specialties and therapeutic approaches, allowing us to connect you with someone who understands what you're experiencing and how to help.
No matter what's bringing you here, you're in the right place.
You don't need to have the perfect words, know exactly what's wrong, or even know what kind of therapy you need. You just need a place to start.
Our Approach
Therapy should have direction but it should still feel human.
There is no single approach to therapy that works for everyone. You are more than a diagnosis, a list of symptoms, or a treatment plan. Your experiences, relationships, personality, age, and goals all matter in understanding what support will be most helpful for you.
Our therapists are trained and experienced in a variety of evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, somatic interventions, and some in EMDR.
Approaches vary by clinician, and we'll help connect you with a therapist whose training and experience fit what you're looking for.
For clients struggling with OCD and intrusive thoughts, we provide specialized treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Our clinicians receive ongoing training and support in OCD-specific approaches, including ERP and I-CBT, so treatment is built around understanding how OCD actually works.
For our younger clients, therapy doesn't always look like sitting on a couch and talking. Play-based interventions give children developmentally appropriate ways to communicate, explore emotions, build coping skills, and work through difficult experiences.
Therapy might involve learning practical skills, understanding patterns, challenging avoidance, processing past experiences, building a different relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions—or simply having a space where you don't have to hold everything together.
We don't expect you to know which approach you need. That's our job.
We'll meet you where you are, understand what's bringing you in, and help connect you with an approach and a therapist that makes sense for you.
