  • First Session

    Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and I’ll share how I can best support you and what the process might look like. It’s completely normal to feel nervous beforehand! You’re welcome to bring any questions with you, and I’ll be glad to walk through them together.

  • Session Length & Frequency

    I usually recommend meeting once a week for at least eight sessions before considering less frequent sessions but therapy is never one size fits all. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your intake session.


    Individual Therapy: The first session is 60 minutes; ongoing sessions are 50 minutes.


    OCD Assessment & Intake: The first session is 75-90 minutes, ongoing sessions are 50 minutes.


    Couples Therapy: The first session is 90 minutes; ongoing sessions are 60 minutes.


    Together, we’ll find a rhythm that supports your goals and feels sustainable for you.

  • Telehealth/Online Therapy

    You will receive a secure link to join your virtual session through my HIPAA-compliant electronic health record platform.


    Please note: For safety and privacy reasons, you cannot be driving during our session. You must also be physically located in the state of New Jersey at the time of your appointment.

    Individual Intake Sessions (60-minutes) $175


    OCD Assessment & Intake (75-90 minutes) $249


    Individual Therapy Sessions (50-minutes) $160


    Couples Intake Sessions (90-minutes) $250


    Couples Therapy Sessions (60-minutes) $215

  • Cancelations

    I value your time and mine, and I do my best to keep sessions accessible for all clients. Keep in mind that insurance does not pay cancellation fees, clients would be personally responsible for this payment. 


    Telehealth Sessions: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $75 non-refundable cancellation fee. 


    In-Person Sessions: Due to limited availability and high demand, 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. 


    *If three in-person sessions are canceled for the same time slot, you may be moved to a different time or to virtual sessions if there is a waitlist. This policy is not flexible due to limited in-person openings.
